When you change the Input Values on the left-hand side, the
Payment Values
and
Loan Qualifying Values
in the tables on the right will automatically recalculate. You may enter your expected Down Payment in either a dollar amount or as a percentage of the Property Value. Estimated Annual Taxes and Insurance are also critical values for helping you determine possible total payment amounts for a given property.
The
Loan Qualifying Values
table shows you what your annual income must be in order to qualify for a loan at various percentages. The percentages relate to total monthly indebtedness as a percent of gross annual income. Your home mortgage is one component of total monthly indebtedness along with other monthly payments you may have to make to other creditors (i.e., car loans, revolving credit card debt, child support payments, etc.). Please consult a loan officer to get the most up-to-date interest rates as well as their payment and qualifying loan calculations based on your personal situation.
Click either the Payment Values or Loan Qualifying Values link below to see various tables.
