Plott Group Real Estate Services is a group of dedicated members of the California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.), National Association of Realtors (N.A.R.) and North Bay Association of Realtors (NorBAR). The group was launched over 20 years ago in Southern California. Since having a family history of over 25 years in Napa Valley it only made sense for them to bring their real estate knowledge, experience, creativity and strong marketing ideas to Wine Country.  They really enjoy all that the area has to offer and easy access to all types of recreation. The community has a sense of friendliness and is a great area to raise a family. Their dynamic strategy to the art of real estate sales and marketing has brought proven results to their client’s and is now available to the residents of Napa Valley and Sonoma County.

Tricia has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. She started out as a real estate appraiser, entered the residential resale market as an assistant to a top producing realtor and after a year decided to branch out on her own.  Additionally, she has extensive training in dealing with short sale transactions, is certified as a short sale/foreclosure resource by the National Association of Realtors (N.A.R.) and is a CDPE® (Certified Distress Property Expert). She continues to consult homeowners and buyers on the many options that they may have in all types of situations.

Mike also began his real estate career over 20 years ago in the property management and commercial real estate industry and holds a degree in economics from UCLA. His experience and expertise in the many facets of real estate continues to bring a high level of confidence to their family of clients.

Plott Group is excited and eager to help home owners in Wine Country with new state of the art ideas and a fresh approach to making the most of this challenging real estate market.
